Find out how you can utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology which will help you to tap into your deepest potential and create a daily practice at home to help you rise and thrive.
This workshop is in a private setting and limited to 12 people which allows for an intimate quality and ample personal attention with feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, gain tools to manage energy, anxiety and stress or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.
The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, some science, a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. Natalie will be lead assistant to James, take you through a qigong practice to create extra space in the lung space and share the sounds and vibrations of our Himalayan singing bowls during your breathwork experience. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the James is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.
