7-Day Online Reset | Breath, Cold & Nervous System Support (Live on Zoom)

This 7-day online reset is designed for those who want to restore energy, clarity and resilience from home, using simple, effective daily practices delivered live via Zoom. Rooted in Wim Hof Method breathwork, nervous system regulation and intention setting, this journey supports you to reset your baseline and approach life with greater steadiness and focus.

On our first gathering, you’ll be invited to arrive with a cup of ceremonial cacao, a candle, and some incense to help mark the space and set clear intentions for our time together. We’ll open the body with a short Yin Yoga practice, creating space and softness before moving into our first breathwork session together before you take your personal cold exposure, followed by warming and integration using the horse stance, supporting strength, circulation and grounding.

This Zoom gathering is a consistent, supportive reset, ideal if you’re feeling depleted, overwhelmed, mentally foggy, or simply want to build a stronger foundation of calm, energy and resilience.

All sessions are held live on Zoom, You’ll be guided in a clear, grounded way, with space to listen to your body and meet yourself where you are.

Who is this programme for?

This Zoom offering is suitable for anyone who has already attended one of our Wim Hof Method Workshops so that we already have a relationship with you. If you are now pregnant, if you are epileptic or have cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before joining the Zoom offering.

We advise joining the zoom on a fully digested belly - you will remember that its not comfortable to breath when you have just eaten.

Investment: £66 if joining alone or £77 if two from same household

What to Prepare: set up a safe space where you will not be distracted, mat/bed to lay on, blanket, note book, food for after your cold immersion.
