WIM HOF METHOD JANUARY 8 day ZOOM
‘Commitment is the biggest challenge yet the biggest reward!’
Lets go go go and start the year as we mean to go on!
We will meet on Friday 9th January to open the gathering, set intentions for the Zoom Programme, and dive into a Wim Hof Method Breathwork from the comfort of your own home then we will meet each day to Breathe, then you can take your cold shower/plunge straight after.
This Zoom has limited availability (20 maximum), which allows us to create a community vibe and keep it personal. All sessions should be attended to get maximum benefit and in order for you to fully commit.

Friday 9th January - 6pm - 8pm ~ Gather to Open the Zoom, Shares, Set Intentions, Yin Yoga & Breathwork
Saturday 10th January - 6.30am - 7.00am OR 6.30pm - 7pm Gather for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]
Sunday 11th January - 6.30am - 7.00am OR 6.30pm - 7pm for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]
Monday 12th January - 6.30am - 7.00am OR 6.30pm - 7pm for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]
Tuesday 13th January - 6.30am - 7.00am OR 6.30pm - 7pm for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]
Wednesday 14th January - 6.30am - 7.00am OR 6.30pm - 7pm for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]

Who is this programme for?
This Zoom offering is suitable for anyone who has already attended one of our Wim Hof Method Workshops so that we already have a relationship with you. If you are now pregnant, if you are epileptic or have cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before joining the Zoom offering.
We advise joining the zoom on a fully digested belly - you will remember that its not comfortable to breath when you have just eaten.
Investment: £66 if joining alone or £77 if two from same household
What to Prepare: set up a safe space where you will not be distracted, mat/bed to lay on, blanket, note book, food for after your cold immersion.
