Wim Hof Method Breathwork, Sea Swim and Fire Side Supper
at Whitby/Sandsend North Yorkshire with Jolly Allotment
Lets gather together on the beach in our 7m bell tent and connect back to your Wim Hof Method Breathwork, Mindset and Cold Exposure in community.
We will gather with a ‘Jolly’ tea blend and share how our breathwork has been going at home, begin with a little qigong, then Jim (Level 2 certified Wim Hof Intructor) will take us through a Deep Wim Hof Method Breathwork session which we will accompany with our therapeutic Singing Bowl Therapy and Gong Healing. After we ground from the breathwork with essential oils and a little snack, we will have time for a sea dip using the Wim Hof Method approach to Mindset and the Cold before warming up from the inside. Polly from Jolly allotment will be waiting for us around the Fire as she serves us a delicious and gut healing Fire Side Supper. If you have a Drum, rattle or percussion instrument - bring for sunset!

Who is this Recharge Session for?
This workshop is available to anyone who has previously attended one of our Wim Hof Method Events, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations.

Advantages of the Wim Hof Method breathing exercises
Practicing the specific breathing exercises of the Wim Hof Method will release your inner fire. The exercises are focused on deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations, described by Wim as ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’ and are followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a x amount of time. By practicing the breathing exercises, you are releasing more energy, influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. Breathe We will recap on the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals and share recent science/case studies before we move into shares and Q&A’s to help you with your Wim Hof Method practice at home. Jim will take you through a deep breathwork session which we will accompany with our Therapeutic Singing Bowls and Gong so get ready to release the ‘bullshit’ and ignite your ‘inner fire’.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing helps the body generate a positive flow of energy and offers vibrations ion a cellular level into the body which stimulates the blood vessels, lymph, nerves, veins and muscles to open up blockages and loosening tension in the body, relaxing the body and releasing pain. Sound can helps with stress, depression, insomnia, menstrual pain etc and offer a sense of peace and calm.
FireSide Supper
Fire Side We will gather around the fire as to chat and share in community whilst being served a hearty Fire Side supper by gut health and primal needs expert Polly. There is no doubt that you will be inspired by the food that Polly cooks as she nourishes us from soil to soul.
