Join us as we embrace the season of Autumn at the magnificent Langcliffe Hall in Settle, Yorkshire Dales. We will be adopting the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and working predominantly with the energy and elements of autumn; Lungs and Large Intestine which govern our ability to process grief, let things go, feel joy, have a strong immune system, a good digestive system, healthy skin and more; Expect tea meditations, sunrise and sunset ceremony, yin yoga with singing bowl therapy, reiki drumming, gong bath, Wim Hof Method breathwork, Ice Bath, Cacao ceremony and Kirtan all supported by herbal remedies and medicinal foods to boost our gut and immune system.

If you have already attended our Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop and are committed to a regular practice, then you are able to join our Advanced programme as we dig deeper into ‘The Power of the Mind’ by reconnecting with the mind, using the body as a tool to do so. You will gain insight over the mind and learn to influence and control it using Advanced WHM techniques and insight. As with all Wim Hof Method Activities, we will exceed a healthy dose of ‘going out of the comfort zone’ to gain more control which we can mirror in every day life when we come face to face with a stressor.
