Bringing together couples and friends as we invite both masculine and feminine energy to share a week of roof to rise. As we feed our souls we will be working with the energetic body, aspects of TCM and tapping into your own personal power whilst immersing in various sound, reiki and breath work sessions. Join us as we embrace the season of Spring, working with qualities of growth, expansion and clearing the way to maximise our potential. We will be adopting the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory; expect meditations, daily yin yoga with singing bowl therapy, reiki drumming, gong bath, Wim Hof Method Breathwork and cacao ceremony. giving you tools to continue a practice at home.
