Join us as we embrace the season of Spring at the magnificent Langcliffe Hall in Settle as we work with qualities of growth, expansion and clearing the way to maximise our potential. We will be adopting the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory; expect tea meditations, sunrise and sunset ceremony, yin yoga with singing bowl therapy, reiki drumming, gong bath, breathwork, cold Water Immersion, cacao ceremony, Kirtan and the option join a Wim Hof Fundamental Workshop where you will experience the power of your breath, mind and take an Ice Bath.
