If you have joined a Wim Hof Method event with us before then you are able to join this gorgeous and powerful day at YogaBomb on Sunday 27th October [12.30pm - 5.00pm]. This session is designed to take you deeper with your breathwork journey and offer you additional benefits when combining with ceremonial cacao and sound.
We will open in ceremony with ritual and intentions before welcoming the heartwarming goodness of mama cacao. As we allow the vibration of cacao to travel through our veins, before activating and clearing energy with our medicine drum. Jim with then guide you through a Wim Hof Method Breathwork practice which we will then acompany with singing bowl therapy and gong - then call us back for grounding and sharing.
We will finish our day together with a big re-charge in the Ice Bath ready to take on the week ahead!
