Join us on Saturday 11th April [5.00pm - 7.30pm] at the Magical Acorn Wellness Retreat - you are welcome to bring a plant based option to eat outside in the garden after the session [the Acorn is a fully plant based environment]
We invite you to join us for an evening of pure bliss and transformation where you can release tension from your body and mind with yin yoga to hydrate the connective tissue and improve the energy flow through the Chinese meridian system (same system acupuncturists use) whilst sending healing vibrations to every cell in your body using our amazing Nepalese singing bowls. We will finish the session with a wonderful Reiki Drumming shower and Chant which will reactivate your body's natural energy system and bring you back to balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually hoping to leave you feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated and floating home setting you up perfectly for the rest of your weekend and week ahead.
Throughout our time together, we will tune into nature’s gifts and ancient wisdom to harmonise your inner landscape and support you to bloom with the seasonal transition. According to TCM, the weeks before and during spring are the most optimal time to stimulate and protect the Liver and Gall Bladder organs and their meridian channels. These pathways can naturally weaken during spring, and nourishing them now helps strengthen your foundation for the coming summer season.
Imbalances in the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians can manifest as stress, irritability, headaches, IBS, reduced muscular strength, neck and shoulder tension, indecisiveness, frustration or repressed anger. Our session together will help restore flow, release stagnation, and cultivate clarity, vitality and emotional ease, so lets gather to rest, rebalance and prepare for Spring.
You are in safe hands with Natalie (1000+ Hour Advanced Yin Yoga teacher with speciality modules in Chinese Medicine, Acupressure and Qigong) and James who has studied 700+ hours in Sound Healing, Energy and Breathwork. Both have studied with some of the worlds best teachers and have packaged up this transformational session combining all their knowledge and personal experience to date.

What to Expect…
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a sacred, slow-paced practice that invites you to soften, surrender, and journey inward. As we gently settle into each posture, we begin to open and nourish the deeper layers of the body the connective tissues, the bones, the joints creating space not only physically, but energetically and emotionally.
Guided by the wisdom of the meridian pathways and organ systems, this practice supports the free flow of life force energy (Qi), helping to release stagnation and restore harmony within. As energy begins to move, balance is invited back into the body, mind, and spirit, awakening a deeper connection to your true essence.
SOUND THERAPY
Throughout the journey, the healing tones of Nepalese singing bowls will be woven into the space. Their vibrations ripple through the body at a cellular level, gently dissolving tension, calming the nervous system, and opening the heart to receive.
We will close with a reiki drumming shower, a deeply immersive and grounding experience where rhythm and energy work together to clear, realign, and anchor you back into a state of wholeness.
This is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to return home to yourself.

NATALIE BRADSHAW
For years, I pushed through adrenal fatigue and an autoimmune disease, working 13-hour days in a high-stress corporate job. Relying on steroids, medication, and coffee to function, I had nothing left for myself, let alone my loved ones.
Desperate for change, I turned to yoga and holistic healing. Yoga retreats gave me space to rest, reconnect, and learn tools that transformed my life. I soon realized yoga was more than just movement and it reduced my pain, boosted my energy, improved my mental health, and changed my entire perspective. Leaving the corporate world behind, I committed to finding a path beyond medication and I’ve now been eight years medication-free.
With over 1,000 study hours, I continue to explore Traditional Chinese Medicine, organ health, the energetic body, breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki. My husband, James, and I now create healing experiences through private sessions, group classes, workshops, and retreats, helping others break free from exhaustion and rediscover their vitality.

JAMES BRADSHAW
Working in the fire and rescue service was my dream job, and leaving after 10 years left me feeling lost. I spent another decade building a renovations and maintenance business, enjoying the creativity and hands-on work, but something was still missing.
In 2011, a car accident left me with a severe spinal injury. Doctors told me to start saving for a £20k operation to remove part of my spine, as some days, I could barely walk. Determined to find another way, I turned to yoga and it changed everything. As I regained strength, mobility, and reduced pain, I discovered Reiki and became fascinated by our ability to tap into self-healing.
Years of study led me to become a Reiki Master and Sound Therapist, deepening my understanding of healing, energy, and alternative medicine. Then, after being diagnosed with cancer for the second time, I was led to the Wim Hof Method. The breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training became a huge part of my recovery and transformation, inspiring me to become a certified Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor.
Now, Natalie and I dedicate ourselves to researching and exploring ways to help others live at optimal health in this modern world—through breathwork, energy work, sound healing, and holistic practices.
And guess what? I never needed that spinal operation.
